I have no way of knowing if I was properly billed. Issue 7: I do not have a detailed list of what you estimated and what the changes were on the final order. I am hoping this is an error in your record keeping and was accidently charged. The billing person could not eexpain what the charge was for and contacted you. $13, 529 for cabinent refacing for this very small kitchen is extremely high priced. If I would have known this, I would have stopped the order. It was not explained as an adjustment to the total price. I talked to you about this at the time of the email and you said it was required to get started with the order. Issue 6: I was charged through an email request another $750 dollars. I assumed that the extra $779.40 was the difference between the estimate and the actual meausrements.

When I talked to you about this, you told me that this was the full charge. My Home Depot credit card was charged $12,779.40. (replaced shelving) Issue 5: The estimate that I was given was around $12,000. You had said all shelves would be replaced. One shelf has a difficult time sliding out.
Issue 4: The slide out shelving in my pantry was not replaced. (price adjustment) Issue 3: The lazy susan that was ordered but not could not be installed has not been credited. It is a decorative false shelf with a handle.
Issue 2: I did not get a tilt out shelf for underneath the shelf. Unfortunately, the right side french door hits the wall and cannot open. I was told that I could get any refridgerator I wanted and it will fit. Issue 1: my refridgerator is a cabinet width GE Cafe Refridgerator.
